TENNIS BALL CRICKET ASSOCIATION OF MAHARASHTRA NAGPUR The first Tennis Ball Cricket body was framed in 1989 by the Dr. MOHD.BABAR from Nagpur known as Tennis Ball Cricket Federation of India (TBCFI). Under the leadership of late Mr. Anees Ahmed Lari and late Mr. N. U. Siddiqui, the first Tennis Ball Cricket National Championship was organized in Jounpur (UP).
Finally, the Tennis Ball Cricket Federation of India was registered in Gorakhpur (UP) in 1994 in letter and spirit. Under the dynamic Leadership of Dr. B.K. Sinha, IPS (Haryana),late Shri Anis A. Lari (Uttar Pradesh) and Late Mr. N.U Siddiqui (New Delhi) the Indian team visited sark countries and organized a National level Championship in different parts of India.

The Game “Tennis Ball Cricket” was recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government Of India on 23rd April 1999.
You will be glad to know that the Tennis Ball Cricket Association of Maharashtra is being the founder association and affiliated with the Tennis Ball Cricket Federation of India (TBCFI), Recognized By the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, the apex body at the national level governing the game of ‘Tennis Ball Cricket’, are holding competitions at the national level in this game and Maharashtra has also been participating in this event of ‘national importance’ regularly in both sections (Men & Women) and it also informs you Tennis Ball Cricket as one of the sports disciplines in the sports calendar of the School Games Federation of India (SGFI), Khelo India E-Pathshala . This is a significant and welcome feature for the development and promotion of the game “Tennis Ball Cricket”, which is widely popular all over the country even in the most remote parts of India.
Now, Government of India included “TENNIS BALL CRICKET” vide letter no. F. No. 14034/1/2013-Estt (D) dated 29.01.2021 “Inclusion of sports discipline in the list of games for recruitment of meritorious sports persons to any post of Group ‘C’ in Ministries /Departments of Government of India” 12th players of Maharashtra got jobs in postal department in sports quota in tennis balls cricket game Our Mission also includes:

Provide opportunities for kids to be active, fit, and healthy.
Reduce sedentary behavior which is attributable to childhood obesity.
Remove economic barriers to participate in youth sports.
Bring our youth closer together through common interests in sportsmanship and competition.
Teach sportsmanship, teamwork, and accountability; build character and discipline, and evolve love and passion for sports.
Encourage the players to build respect for the game, others, and themselves. Our mission is to provide low-cost and affordable athletic opportunities to the youth of Maharashtra State to get them active and improve their well being and skills.
(TCAM) has regularly organized Sub Junior (Under-17), Junior (Under-19), Senior Level, and Open categories Maharashtra State Championships in 36 different districts (Described by Association) of Maharashtra
